Exercise machines
With summer coming around the corner quickly, I needed to get my body back in shape, get fit and toned. I needed to add more allover muscle definition. Since my lifestyle doesn’t allow me to be able to go to the gym, I’d been in the market for an exercise machine that would put me in shape. I’ve been contemplating on an elliptical machine that would do the work for me at home, on my own pace.
I’m thinking I can’t go wrong. With the technology that’s in place, the machine will make it easy for me to calculate the calories I burn; I can program uphill, downhill and any other combination I want.
Finally I ordered two months ago a model that fit my needs. Now, I feel great! Now, my body is more defined and toned ready for those hot summer days to be spent at the beach to show off my improved body.
You have to see the exercise bike though. It’s sleek and sexy. The machine has all the technology you wouldn’t imagine having on an elliptical. It did more then I expected. Everyday after work, I look forward getting on my bike to try on a new combination. It’s always fun.
I’m happy with the purchase of my treadmill and would recommend it to anyone.
